Danvers artist Virginia Hill exhibits at Grosvenor Park By Staff reports Wed Jul 01, 2009, 10:16 AM EDT Danvers – Virginia Hill of Danvers will exhibit her watercolor paintings and prints, entitled “Celebrate Summer” at The Gallery at Grosvenor Park, located in the Grosvenor Park Nursing Center and Rehab. Vinnin Square, 7 Loring Hills Avenue, Salem, from July 11 until Aug. 3. The public is invited to a reception on Sunday, July 19, from 3-5 p.m. In 2000, Hill founded the Virginia Hill Gallery on Bearskin Neck in Rockport, which she enjoyed until 2007. Her most famous patron is Stephen Spielberg, who purchased her painting of Motif #1 while in the area filming and vacationing. Ms. Hill is a past president and Lifetime Member of the Danvers Art Association, an artist member of Marblehead Arts Association and other regional arts associations. She has shown her work in Boston at the Moakley Courthouse and the National Historic Parks exhibit in Charlestown and in many local venues. She has
