I agree with the sentiment of the article, but one thing that doesn’t make sense is when the author refers to the financing as a Ponzi scheme. A Ponzi scheme is when earlier investors are paid off with money from subsequent investors. This does not describe the chain of ownership the Sirota listed before calling this a Ponzi scheme.
