Contrary to the specifications listed on Panasonic’s web site, the new (4-series) 42″ displays do not ship with the tuner input. The tuner board is an optional board which replaces the component input board. The 50″ (and older 42″) models have a tuner input hard-wired in addition to the modular input boards.
