Which area of Big Island or Maui should a radiographer move to?

One thing to consider… most all of the hospitals on Maui & the Big Island are part of the state system. The only exception that I can think of is a small hospital in Waimea. http://northhawaiicommunityhospital.org/… I would look there first, since the state is going through some extremely bad times financially. Most state workers will be going through 3 unpaid furlough days per month. The hospital employees – I believe – are exempt from that, however the health system is expected to cut an equivalent amount of money from its budget by other means. I have a friend who works at North Hawaii & she has been very happy there, both at work & in the community.
