Which athletic shoes have the best arch support for people with flat feet?
It really depends on your foot, how you run, the width of your foot, etc. I would strongly suggest going to a specific running shoe store – bring in your old shoes. They’ll look at the place on your shoes where you do the most damage (where it’s most worn out), they’ll watch you run, and they’ll look at your feet to find a perfect shoe for you. I live in Minnesota, and I usually go to The Running Room or Run ‘n Fun – the shoes at these places might be more expensive than just ordering a specific brand of Nikes online, but you will know it’s the right shoe for you. And, they have all the brands that people know and love.
