Which cable modem brand is better?
Well, I use Scientific Atlantic, and it works well for me. But honestly, a cable modem is a cable modem, they all do the same thing. Cable modems really don’t have any features – they connect your router to the Internet, and that’s about all they do. The only real difference between cable modems is what they look like, and what ports they have (Ethernet, USB, or both). Otherwise you probably wouldn’t notice any difference no matter which brand you use.
