Printing inks are formulated in solvents. Screen prints can be removed with Nitrobenzene. Other Printing inks can be removed by Naphtha or Petrol. Doing anything on Stamp paper will be a crime and it may harm your document – it may be declared a falls. Writing Ink – if used fountain pen – are formulated in water or aqueous media with some alcohol. It can be removed by Methanol or ethyl acetate. Ball pen inks are formulated in Glycerol. It can be removed by using methanol or ethanol – however it will leave mark of writing and dirty colours on paper. Please do not apply anything on document papers.
