Delaying leveling your house is not like putting off cancer treatment…the house is not going to die…you will just end up with more cracks, sticking doors and windows, etc.

you need to level house first if you have a good foundation and a good roof then everything else will fall in place ,but if you dont you will have problems from now on , and if you are going to do anything do it right the first time ,second time always cost way too much , good luck
