Which continent has the smallest human population?

Antarctica. The population is transitory. No one stays there long enough to have babies.

Assuming you subscribe to the theory that Antartica is a real continent (and most people do), then most of the previous answers are correct. There is no ‘permament’ population on the continent, merely a couple of thousand people stationed at various scientific bases, so it certainly does have the smallest population. Discounting the polar regions then, you are left with Australasia (Australia, New Zealand and various small islands in the South Pacific that hardly anyone has heard of) as the least populated human continent – by quite a large distance.

Antartica has no permanent human population. There are only scientists who live there for research missions.
