Which country has the best chocolate and desserts?
They may do lots of fancy things to the chocolate in parts of Europe, but the birthplace and heart of chocolate is Mexico. The best chocolate in its original and true form is from Mexico. They don’t put in through a dozen scientific processes to turn it into something super refined and over done. That would be gilding the lily. When mixed with spices and a few simple ingredients Mexican chocolate turns into a magical food. But as much as I love Mexican food, they don’t make the best desserts. They do make the best chocolate though.
