No country will ever disclose such info! Countries can and do however continue to make educated evaluations of other defenses. Sometimes they get lucky e.g infiltration and/or spying pays dividends and a little more is gleamed accordingly! + there’s always the inevitable person of a country who sells classified info as well! Whenever a major punch up does start / only then does the military capabilities / clout of a country become visible. Its the dark horses I’d worry about! The Middle East in General, some of their States in particular! For that’s where, inevitably, the next major world punch up will originate!
