Which do you prefer; stevia extract, splenda, or raw sugar?
I definitely prefer stevia extract in the raw over splenda. I never use regular sugar in my drinks or baking. Since I grew up with diabetic parents it was easy for me to subsititute sugar. If you cannot find stevia extract in the raw at your local grocery store, you can purchase it online. That’s what I do or you can find a store near you.
