Which foods contain good fats?
Simple answer is that any vegetable fat direct from the vegetable is good for you with the exception of tropical oils (palm, coconut). Tropical oils have high levels of saturated fats. Adulterated vegetable oils that have been hydrogenated are also bad for you (basically an oil that is a solid at room temperature has been hydrogenated).
