Which HRM plan should I enrol in?
See ‘Academic Plans’ for details. The HRM plan you enrol in is dictated by your other academic plan. For example, students in Honours Psychology enrol in the HRM Specialization for Honours Psych Majors. Students in Four Year General Psychology can enrol in either the HRM Minor or the HRM Option. Students in Three Year General Psychology can enrol in the HRM Option. We have no feedback from employers suggesting they prefer one plan over another. The various plans were created so the HRM plans would be available to a wider audience of students.
