Well, Interlaken Ost is indeed the main station, and the one with connections to Jungfraujoch, but I think most of the hotels are closer to Interlaken West, which is only a short bus ride away. The two I found near Interlaken Ost are Hotel du Lac and Hotel Carlton Europe/Hotel Villa Europe. (All the hotels Jean-Michel listed are near Interlaken West—which just to be confusing is Interlaken Ouest in French, I’ve made that mistake myself.) BUT that’s only convenient for visiting Jungfraujoch. Titlis is much closer to Lucerne than to Interlaken, and Interlaken is NOT a good starting point for a daytrip to Titlis, especially in winter (when the days are short)–in summer you do get the nice view from the train. Plus Interlaken is not that great of a place. So my recommendation is to either spend one (more) night in Lucerne (not sure if you’re visiting Lucerne) and then take a whole day to get from there to Interlaken via Titlis, then do Jungfraujoch on one of the following days, or spend
