Lecithin belongs to the nutrient group named “phospholipids” (basically water soluble fatty acids). Lecithin already contains phosphytalcholine naturally so unless you’re seeking the addition of linoleic and linolenic acids which make up the other portion of lecithin, I’d say just got for the latter.
