Which is better for a moving truck rental Penske or Uhaul?
I work at a storage facility and the owners recently decided they wanted to add truck rentals. They ultimately chose Penske for a number of reasons. One, the trucks are much more mechanically sound. They keep up on the regular maintenance and the trucks are much newer than U-Haul. Penske has better customer service if you have to call for a problem, U-Haul leaves you stranded in lots of cases. Making a reservation for a truck is less stressful through Penske, no ridiculous deposits, and you can change pickup/drop off times with a charge. So I would say Penske!
