Which is better for playing PS2 with?A PC monitor or a TV?

Hi,i need to ask a few things.Is there a way to play PS2 on a PC or play PS2 with a PC monitor.I currently cannot play my PS2 in the living room now since my nephew has started crawling (and who knows what he will do with my stuff.....) and wanted to play so badly.Is this a good idea or maybe i should just buy my own Tv. And can i have some of your opinion.What Tv do you use to play your video games now...i'm too poor to buy a LCD TV or HDTV.I was thinking of buying a 14" flat panel TV.So anybody here knows which TV which is cheap and could play future consoles without the picture breaking up?(but anything under 24" would be okay)Any suggestion/criticism would be greatly appreciated and i would thank you in advance if you could solve my problem sorry if this was posted somewhere else.i just didn't realize it.....  more
