Which is better on welfare benefits – England or France?

France (if we talking about its natural born populous), they enjoy a better standard of living on their welfare and pension, they have a Nanny employed by the state to help new mothers deal with the first few months. they don’t have free health care, but they enjoy many benefits whilst in the system. their only draw back is….. If you haven’t paid into it for a minimum of 6 months then you get sweet F.A. Ours isn’t as good, but we don’t discriminate against anyone who hasn’t paid in (which is a terrible idea), and all your health care is free whilst on social and you get drug sub-statue and rehab, should you wish to kick it.
