Which is the best european city to visit???
It rather depends on what you want and also on your capacity to adapt to a place. And there are places where adaptation is more difficult. For instance, if you are from the UK, you’ll have almost no problem in Dublin, likewise in Holland because Dutch people are very polyglot and their customs will not be all that different from yours, besides being basically friendly. France may be more difficult. Spain receives a lot of Britishers and in the tourist spots there will always be someone with whom you can speak. If you go to Budapest you get a people who speak a language in no way related to any other in Europe, and that is a turn off. If you add to that, that the place didn’t provide what you were expecting, then a visit there will be, at best, boring. So, define what you want, look at the travel magazines and then decide where you want to go. Our answers here will be based on our likes or dislikes and may not coincide with yours.
