Which is the best way to remove the individual portion bavarois from the form?

Individual portion bavarois are best demoulded frozen (or semi-frozen) by briefly dipping the outside of the form in hot water and then gently squeezing the product out of the form onto the serving plate. If the product is defrosted before demoulding, release the bavarois from the form by running a slim-bladed knife around the product and down towards the bottom of the product (including the glaze) before turning out onto the plate. An alternative method of demoulding defrosted bavarois is to distort the plastic form with your fingers to introduce an air pocket in between the side of the product and the form; then manipulate the air pocket all the way around the outside of the product, gently pushing the bavarois out onto the plate. Defrosted bavarois will keep refrigerated if sealed for approximately three days. (Refer to the product label on the box for ingredient listing.)
