Which is the good food for diabetic patient?
ALL food is good. Meat is very good. Vegetables are good. Stay AWAY from starchy vegetables, like corn. Eat only SMALL amounts of fruit. Stay AWAY from grapes & bananas. Eat only SMALL amounts of potatoes, rice, and noodles (ALL food starch will break down in your stomach and becomes 100% sugar!). When you cook noodles, UNDER cook them so they are a bit hard. Do NOT eat mashed potatoes. The longer it takes for food to break down in your stomach, the better!
