Which kind of fruit can a diabetic eat?

A Diabetic can eat all fruits and are not restricted by the fruit itself but by how much of the fruit one can eat. My Diabetic educator just gave me a booklet listing the Carbohydrates for most fruit. On an average, limiting 15 carbohydrates per meal or snack is the target. I’m looking through the booklet now and I see 1 small apple is 15 carbs, 1 cup of blackberries is 18 carbs, 1 cup cantaloupe is 13 carbs, 1 medium orange is 15 carbs, 1 medium peach is 10 carbs, and 17 small grapes is 15 carbs. These are some perfect examples of various amount of carbs for us Diabetics to consume in any meal and be in a safe range. Like I said, it’s not which fruit to eat but how much fruits to eat. Have her pick up a carbohydrates booklet like I just did.
