The CDE desktop is now available in 12 languages for Solaris 9 software. The Language CD-ROM contains message translations for the entire CDE desktop suite in 9 core languages (French, Italian ,German, Spanish, Swedish, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean). In addition, users in Poland, Russia and Spain can have access to localized content of the core CDE applications in Russian, Polish and Catalan by accessing the Extra Value directory within the Solaris OS.
