The National Museum of African American History and Culture is slated to open in 2015. As for exisiting museums, I believe it is the National Museum of the American Indian opened Sept 21, 2004. They claim to be the 16th Smithsonian museum, with 16 listed on the Smithsonian Institution website (below).
