Which oil is healthier, safflower or olive and why?
I was surprised – I was totally expecting olive oil to win this one. As it is, the nutritional makeups of the two oils are extremely similar. I’m not sure that using one over the other will make any noticeable difference in your diet. The data below is for 1 Tbsp. oil, which is the usual serving size.
