Which permit applications require Corps of Engineers review and approval after District review is completed?

0

Any proposed permit activity that could affect the structural integrity of a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) built facility requires the USACE to review and approve prior to permit issuance. The USACE reviews the permit activity after the Districts review has been completed. The District will coordinate the USACE review; their review time is approximately 8 to 10 weeks. A separate permit from the USACE is not required.
