Which plane is better in a dogfight, the SU-37 Super Flanker or the F-22 Raptor?
That is a tough question. First I don’t know the performance details on either airplane, as the details are classified. So it would be hard to make a head to head comparison on paper. Since the aircraft have not flown against each other in a combat situation, it is also difficult to judge performance. One thing to remember in air combat is that the training and experience of the pilot also has a great deal to do with who will be victorious. For example, during the Korean Conflict, the Russian MiG airplanes had better performance than the U.S. F-86 Sabre.
