Which Shuttle Bus from JFK Airport?
Well, you have the SuperShuttle which will take you from JFK to you hotel for a reasonable price. You then have the New York Airport Service, which is an express bus service that will take you from JFK to Grand Central or the Port Authority Bus Terminal for about $15 a person. Now, if your hotel is near Grand Central or PA Bus Terminal, then the NYAS is the best way to go. If you preferred to take a taxi, you’re in luck. If you’re hotel in located anywhere in Midtown, from 14th to 59th Street, river to river, the flat fee from JFK to Midtown will coast $45. Now, if you don’t want to spend a long of money on the SuperShuttle, the express bus or a taxi, you can take public transit. The one way fare on the subway and Airtrain will cost you $7.25 ($5 on the Airtrain and $2.25 on the subway). The fare on Long Island Railroad will $5.75 off peak.
