Our MAGiC Sunroom has a tracked system. In fact, the engineers at MAGiC went ahead and designed a low profile wall track system to attach the retractable sunroom to your home. Additionally, they also designed a separate patent pending micro rail system which secures the sunroom to your deck. The result is a stabilized, secured and permanently aligned retractable MAGiC sunroom that will stand the test of weather and time and takes up very little space in the process.
