Friday January 11, 2008 Today, while out looking for research about whether a college degree is predictive of later work success, I came across an article that looks at some psychological factors about who succeeds at work. Conscientiousness rules for most occupations unless you need a creative person for whom conscientiousness may be a liability. Michael Mount, PhD, a psychologist at the University of Iowa, with: “his colleagues analyzed more than 117 studies of personality and job performance.
