Which type of salad should I use with PiasPeaches Dressing?
Thicker salad leaves are heavy and taste more watery and therefore require and can handle more dressing while fine, thin and soft salad leaves require a thinner salad dressing or less dressing. Pia’s Peaches Dressing is medium thick and will go with either type of salad. Put the dressing in the bottom of the salad bowl, whichever salad you use pluse the other ingredients on top and do not turn the salad until you are ready to eat it.
