The following Customs Procedure Codes (CPCs) apply: • 40 00 200 (imports from third countries) • 49 00 029 (imports from special territories). Previously exported works of art, antiques and collectors’ items An imported work of art, antique or collectors’ item, as defined in section 11, will be eligible for the reduced rate provided that it had not been exported from the United Kingdom less than 12 months before the date of importation.
