While Im installing the Nortel extranet client on my Windows machine, I am told I need to apply a DUN patch.What is this and where can I get it?

DUN = Dial-up Networking. Windows 95, 98, and ME use the same mechanisms for VPN access as they do for Networking via the modem, that is why that patch is sometimes needed. Make note of which patch you are told to install (1.2 or 1.3.) You can download either from here.
