While PK studies conducting in paediatric population, what are the ethical considerations and how the comprehension can be done for the same?
CHP: Doing PK in children is not the same as doing the same in adults. We would perform multiple blood draws in an adult which we would never do in a child. Look up the concept of “Population PK” to understand why one or two blood draws would be done in kids to get relaible information. Raj will answer this more clearly I suspect. 66.
