Who are diaper cakes given to?
They are most often given to expectant mommies at a baby shower. However, the nice thing about diaper cakes is that they make a great gift for mommies who already have children. Mommies with existing children often get overlooked for any sort of gift as it is not typical to throw baby showers for a second child and thereafter. However, mommies still like getting gifts, and the 2nd child is no less of a huge occasion than the first. Diaper cakes still make an excellent gift for these mommies because the ingredients (diapers, bibs, towels, etc) are always needed no matter how many children she already has.
