All Fitness First Gyms have large gym and fitness rooms that also incorporate a CardioTheatre. Equipment levels are excellent with plenty of CV and weight machines available. Free weights are also available at all Fitness First gyms. As a member you will have an induction where you will discuss your bespoke training programme. You are also able to take advantage of their own personal trainers (but for a fee!). As well as the gym, clubs have sprung aerobics studios with a wide range of classes to suit everyone. Changing facilities and health suites are in most clubs with steam and sauna.
