Who are key district personnel to include when the district begins the eMINTS program?
For successful implementation of the eMINTS program, it is recommended that the following key personnel be involved: the superintendent or the individual designated by the superintendent as the eMINTS Contact, a technical contact for the district (an individual who is responsible for all district technology or the person who is responsible for the technology in the building where the proposed eMINTS classrooms will be located), the principal from the proposed eMINTS building, the teachers selected for the program (including teachers from any extra classrooms the district is equipping and purchasing professional development for), the library media specialist assigned to the proposed eMINTS building, and the person in the district or building who may have responsibility for the professional development of teachers related to technology and curriculum.(i.e.
