Who are Scouts?
Scouts are persons between the ages of 7 and 19 who have voluntarily joined the Scout Association of Trinidad and Tobago and agree to follow its youth programme and to live up to the Principles and Practices of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. Adults are sometimes referred to as scouts but they are leaders who have voluntarily agreed to become members, wear the uniform, accept training and demonstrate the principles and practices of the Movement.
