Who are the Fresno COG and the FCTA? What role does each agency play?
The Council of Fresno County Governments (Fresno COG) represents the 15 cities and Fresno County with the mayor of each city and the Chair of the Board of Supervisors serving as members. Fresno COG is the transportation planning agency for the County. As such, COG is responsible for updating the current Measure C Expenditure Plan every two years and they were responsible for facilitating development of the 2006 Measure C Extension Expenditure Plan.
