Who are the toughest, the SAS/SBS or US Navy Seals/Delta Force?
The SAS are the toughest special forces organisation in the world. They have the toughest training and so is the best. On of there motto’s is ‘Train Hard, Fight easy. They are so good that they train other special forces around the world, many even America. They have set an example for many others to follow. They have shown there brilliance and skill troughout the years they have been operational, fighting the Nazi in WW2, the retaking of the Iranian embassy, there totally unexpected attack on the Argentinians in the Falklands war and to the present day in Iraq. The Delta Force and other USA squads are very weak and small compared to the SAS and the Delta Force was originally modeled on the SAS. Take the SAS assult on the Iranian embassy, they went over every route to enter, and studies the place like hell so they new everywhere and everything in the place and because of this there assult was effective. I’m sure that if the SAS were at the Moscow theatre, they would have done it a lot
The SAS are definitely the toughest. The Special Air Service Regiment (SAS) is the principal special forces unit of the British Army. A small and secretive institution. SAS, today, serves as a model for similar units fielded by other countries. The SAS forms a significant part of the United Kingdom Special Forces. The other parts are: the Special Boat Service (SBS), the Special Reconnaissance Regiment (SRR), and the Special Forces Support Group (SFSG). The SAS can trace its existence back to 1941, when British Army volunteers conducted raids behind enemy lines in the North African Campaign of World War II. The Regiment’s motto is “Who Dares Wins”.
