Any private or government institutions whose accounts are deposited with LANDBANK can enroll in the weAccess facility subject to the execution of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). The extent of transactions that would be provided for the institution will be defined in the MOA. Aggregate Average Daily Balance (ADB) of the institutions accounts should be at least P10M.
