Actually, you can talk to us! We are pretty good at running diagnostic programs to figure out what kind of virus you have, what causes it, and how to fix everything. Just make sure you give us plenty of time; sometimes it takes a few days to get everything in order. Also, make sure you bring use the discs that came with your computer in the event that we need to reformat your machine.
