The removal of category I and II non-friable ACm does not require licensure as long as the method selected to remove the ACM does not cause the materials to become friable. Generally, you want to avoid any method that would subject the ACM to sanding, sawing, cutting, abrading, crushing, crumbling or pulverizing.  more
