Who can request a special circumstance exemption?
Any UNBC undergraduate student that meets one or more of the following criteria: Students with disabilities where they can demonstrate their necessity to commute to/from UNBC by automobile other than Prince George Transit fixed route or HandyDart services Students in receipt of the annual ‘BC Bus Pass’ issued by the BC government under the BC Bus Pass Program Any student on an outbound co-op work term
