This volunteer program is designed for believers with a fairly strong foundation of Christian values, basic Bible doctrine, established devotional and worship life, and who desire to plunge into radical Kingdom life and ministry. Plungers will volunteer their time and talents on an as needed basis. Plungers will need to be diligent, physically healthy, humble, teachable, and eager to grow in Christian character and faith. During XPVP, plungers will have varied schedules. Benefits of Becoming an Extreme Plunger: • One day a week the plunger will be afforded the opportunity to attend the weekly staff meeting • Plunge Night – one evening a week.
