Who communicates grant decisions?
No representative of Lilly, except Lilly Grant Office personnel, can approve and communicate grant decisions. Requestors should not accept any verbal commitments from sales representatives, medical liaisons, or any other Lilly employee, as they are not authorized to make such a commitment. Requestors should not consider a grant request approved or denied until you have received written confirmation from the Lilly Grant Office.
