STARZ Worldwide Inc., will manage STARZ Residences. Upon the sale of two-thirds of memberships or as otherwise determined by STARZ Worldwide Inc., the co owners have the right to elect a member to the Board of Directors that will control the affairs of STARZ Residences including the establishment of the Club’s annual operating budget.
