Who created DragonBall, DragonBall Z, and DragonBall GT?
DragonBall and DragonBall Z were created by Toei Entertainment in conjunction with Bird Studios, and are based on the manga written by Akira Toriyama. The show was produced in Japan, and was dubbed into English by FUNimation. This is why you will see many different spellings of characters names from the series, as the translation is far from perfect. DragonBall GT was also created by Toei/Bird, but Akira Toriyama had no creative part in the series.
