• No changes. MAYSA will continue to make Player Passes. • Clubs should provide MAYSA with birth certificates for all new competitive players. • For Fall ’09 only, returning competitive players will also need birth certificates. (Spring ’10 for high school boys) After that seasonal year, returning players will not need birth certificates. • Passes are sent to managers of Classic/State teams before the season starts. • Rec teams don’t need player passes except for tournaments, or for players who club pass to competitive teams.
